Flt3/Flt3-配体与支气管哮喘

Flt3(fms-like tyrosine kinase-3)是Ⅲ型酪氨酸激酶受体家族的成员之一,其配体Flt3-L是近年来日益受到重视的早期造血生长因子.近年来,越来越多的研究开始关注Flt3-L与支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的关系,目前多数研究认为,Flt3-L可以抑制及逆转哮喘气道过敏性炎症及气道高反应性的发生,其作用的产生可能是通过树突状细胞及调节性T细胞介导.基于Flt3-L可能在哮喘治疗中起重大作用,现就Flt3/Flt3-L对哮喘的作用及相关机制作一综述.

Roles of Flt3/Flt3-Ligand in bronchial asthma

Flt3 (fms-like tyrosine kinase-3)is a family member of the type Ⅲ tyrosine kinase receptors. And Flt3-L,the ligand of Flt3,as an early-phase hematopoietic growth factor,is more and more attentioned in recent years. Recently, many studies focused on the role of Flt3-L in bronchial asthma (asthma). Most studies indicated that Flt3-L can inhibit, and even reverse, the occurrence of asthma,including allergic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness, which is mediated by dendritic cells or regular T cells. Given the potential importance of Flt3-L in the treatment of asthma, the roles of Flt3/Flt3-L in the development of asthma are reviewed.
