病员选择分娩医院行为的分析报告

目的切实了解影响产科病员选择分娩医院的因素,为医院改进服务,优化流程、选择宣传途径等方面提供参考。方法选取2008~2010年在我院分娩出院的4 418例产妇,进行自填式问卷调查。结果病员在选择医院时以专业、医疗质量、服务态度为第一要素;影响病员的就医选择中,朋友起到了至关重要的作用,我们在吸引病员上要注重口碑的树立;选择分娩医院由夫妻双方共同决定。结论医疗行业主要以树立口碑来吸引病员;医院应该不断提高医疗、服务品质等;在提供高品质的医疗保健服务的同时,要关注其家庭成员的需求。

An Analysis Report of Behavior of the Patients’ Choosing Hospital for Childbirth

Objective To truly understand the factors which influence the obstetrical patients on choosing hospital for childbirth,and to give some enlightenment on improving the service,optimizing the process and choosing publicity pathway.Method Choose 4 418 maternity patients who gave birth and were out of our hospital between 2008 and 2010 to fill in the items with questionnaire.Result When the patients choose hospital,they take the profession,medical quality,service attitude for the first element;friends play a crucial role in the influence of the choice to go to a doctor,and we need to emphasize to set up the public praise for attracting the patients;both husbands and wives decide to choose hospital for delivery together.Conclusion The medical industry mainly set up public praise to attract the patients;The hospital should continue to improve medical and service quality,etc.;In providing high quality medical care services at the same time,we should pay close attention to its family members’ demand.
