生活事件在飞行人员神经衰弱发病过程中的作用

本文对52名患有神经衰弱的飞行人员进行了生活应激事件与疾病发生程度的关系研究。结果发现负性生活事件发生的频数和强度是飞行人员神经衰弱发生的重要因素,并且与疾病程度呈正相关。研究进一步发现,具有高、中强度的精神刺激因素与飞行人员神经衰弱的关系最为密切。

TEH EFFECT OF LIFE EVENTS ON THE PATHOGENESIS OF PILOTS WITH NEURASTHENIA

The aim of this study was to demonstrate the relationship between the life events and the pathogenesis of pilots with neurasthenia. The life eventsscale and the table for determining the disease's degree were used to examine52 patients and controls. It was found that the frequency and the strengthof negative life events were the very important factors in the pathogenesis,and the principal negative life events were working, familial, and personalproblems. Meanwhile, further study showed that the factors of high and mi-ddle mental irritation were connected with the pathogenesis, but the frequencyand the strength of positive life events were not effective in the patho-genesis of neurasthenia.
