哈尔滨地区黑线姬鼠对溴敌隆的敏感性测定

摘    要:目的测定黑线姬鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂溴敌隆的敏感性,为检验该鼠的抗药性提供参数。方法实验室做单个笼养无选择摄食试验:雌雄分开,随机分组,按7个不同食毒期供给浓度为0.0005%的溴敌隆毒饵。用Bliss计算机程序,计算不同食毒期与对应死亡率之间的关系。结果黑线姬鼠对溴敌隆的敏感性,性别之间差异无统计学意义(Pb〉0.05,PLFP50〉0.05);雌雄数据合并计算,得毒力回归线y=3.54+2.90x,LFP50和LFP99及其95%置信限分别是3.18(2.44~4.14)d和20.12(8.42~48.06)d。结论按世界卫生组织推荐的以致死99%敏感靶标鼠种的食毒期(LFP99)取整天数作为抗药性检验标准,哈尔滨地区黑线姬鼠摄食浓度为0.0005%溴敌隆毒饵21d存活即为抗性鼠。

Abstract:Objective To determine the susceptibility of Apodemus agrarius to bromadiolone and provide the base data for the monitoring of its resistance to bromadiolone. Methods The males and females were firstly separated and then divided into groups at random. No-choice feeding tests were carried out with 0. 0005% bromadiolone bait at seven different feeding days. The relationship between mortality and feeding days was analyzed by Bliss software. Results There was no significant difference (Pb 〉0.05, PLFP50 〉0.05) between the susceptibility of male and female A. agrarius to bromadiolone. The LFP50 and LFP99 of bromadiolone to A. agrarius were 3.18 (2.44 - 4.14) days and 20.12 (8.42 48.06) days respectively. Conclusion The diagnose dose, LFP99 value of bromadiolone to susceptible rodent, was the resistance diagnose criterion recommended by WHO. Accordingly, A. agrarius was still alive after fed on the bait containing 0. 0005 % bromadiolone for 21 days in Ha'erbin, and then it could be considered to have resistance.
