异丙酚、芬太尼、氯胺酮分别用于无痛人工流产术效果观察

目的:探讨异丙酚、芬太尼、氯胺酮分别用于无痛人工流产手术效果观察。方法:将400例早孕要求人工流产的孕妇随机分为异丙酚组、芬太尼组、氯胺酮组和未用药组,每组各100例,观察用药3组镇痛效果,出血量,人工流产综合征,术时血压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度情况以及副作用,并与对照组相比。结果:异丙酚组、芬太尼组、氯胺酮组与对照组相比,3组镇痛效果明显(P<0.01),降低人工流产综合征的发生(P<0.01),且未增加术中出血量(P>0.05)。结论:异丙酚、芬太尼、氯胺酮用于无痛人工流产术效果均较理想。

The Effect of Ptopofol Fentanyl and Ketamine on Painless Induced Abortion

Objective: To study the effect of propofol, fentanyl and ketamine on painless induced abortion. Method: A total of 400 women undergoing induced abortion were divided into four groups according to the painkiller they used. The first group were given propofol(2. 5mg/kg) , The second group were given fentanyl(0. 002mg/kg) , The third group were given ketamine (0. 3mg/kg) , the fourth group of 100 patients who used no painkiller was set as control group. The effect, side - effect, HR, RR, BR, Sp02, and bleeding were observed. Result: The analgesia rate in propofol's group was 100% . The analgesia rate in fentanyl group was 86% , lowpain rate reached 13%. In ketamine's group analgesia rate was 78% and lowpain rate reached 20% . While in control group 67% of patients reported that the pain was unbearable. bleeding in the first three group was the same as that in control group. No syndrome appeared during the operation. Conculsion: The three painkillers are effective in painless induced abortion.
