摘    要:目的 对SysmexXE—2100血液分析仪PLT检测功能进行评价。方法 对XE—2100血液分析仪PLT直方图和RBC直方图异常及正常的标本,用PLT—O法和手工法同时测定PLT值,与PLT—I法作对比。结果 发现小红细胞、红细胞碎片、大小血板(PLT异常组)都会影响血小板计数,这三组标本PLT—O法和手工法结果与PLT—I法相比差异显著(P<0.05)。PLT直方图和RBC直方图正常的标本PLT—O法与PLT—I、手工法结果无差异。结论 血小板PLT—O法检测血小板比较准确,因此在PLT直方图和RBC直方图异常时,应该用光学法检测PLT。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the functions of haematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100 to analyse platelets.Methods In the specimens of which RBC and PLT particle size distribution diagrams were abnormal and normal ,The platelets were analysed by using the optical method of platelet(PLT-O) and handicraft method at the same time compared with the sum of platelets analysed by using electric resistance method(PLT-I).Results Small RBC and RBC fragments as well as large PLT particles can interfere the analysis of platelets.In three groups of specimens,the results of platelets analysed by using PLT-O and handicraft method were different from which analysed by using electric resistance method(P<0.05).In specimens of which RBC and PLT particle size distribution diagrams were normal. The results of platelets analysed by using three methods were not different.Conclusion The results of platelets analysed by using PLT-O was accurate.Therefore, platelets should be analysed by using PLT-O when RBC and PLT particle size distribution diagrams were abnormal.
