| 摘 要： | 目的：了解血清结核抗体分枝杆菌抗体在活动性结核病的意义。方法：用斑点免疫金渗滤试验法，对142例结核和923例非结核性患者测定血清结核抗体进行回顾性调查分析。结果：血清结核抗体诊断结核病的敏感性为76．8％，特异性为91．3％。结论：血清结核抗体检测对活动性结核病诊断和鉴别诊断有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the significance of measuring serum antilipoarabinomannan TB- Ab, an anti -Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody in diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods: Sensitivity and specificity of the antibody in diagnosis of tuberculosis were detected. Results:The sensitivity of the antibody in diagnosis of tuberculosis was found to be 76.8% , while the specificity 91.3% .Conclusion: Detection of the antibody is helpful for diagnosing tuberculosis and can be used to e-valuate the prognosis of the disease. |
