CT-脑立体定向手术的临床应用

目的 评价CT－脑立体定向手术的临床应用价值。方法 应用CT－脑立体定向仪完成28例次脑立体定向手术，分析其临床诊疗效果。结果 立体定向活检术10例，术后病理诊断明确；定向开放手术12例，病灶一次切除；立体定向穿刺分流术6例，术后症状改善明显。手术均一次成功，无手术并发症。结论 CT－脑立体定向手术能精确定位，确定最佳手术路径，为颅内多种疾患的诊断和治疗提供新的方法。

Clinical Application of CT-Stereotactic Intracranial Operation

Objective To investigate the clinical application of CT|stereotactic intracranial operation. Methods Twenty|eight CT|stereotactic operations have been performed on 26 patients with intracerebral lesions, in order to evaluate the clinical effects on diagnosis and treatment. This operation involved 16 males and 10 females aged from 11 to 72 years (average 43 4 years). Results Out of them were 10 patients with stereotactic biopsy, who had positive pathologic diagnosis without complications. Out of them were 12 patients with open stereotactic intracranial operation, whose lesions were completely removed. No complications occurred. Out of them were 6 patients with a stereotactic puncture by path operation only, whose conditions improved significantly. Conclusion The lesions can be located precisely with CT|sterectactic intracranial operation. This operation is confirmed to be the best path for intracranial lesions and offers a new method for diagnosis and treatment of many intracranial lesions.;
