摘    要:目的建立测定氟康唑搽剂含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.0)-甲醇(55:45),检测波长为261nm。结果氟康唑进样量的线性范围为1.2~6.0μg,平均回收率为99.73%,RSD=0.30%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于氟康唑搽剂的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the assay of fluconazole in Fluconazole Limiment. Methods RP-HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with phosphate buffer solution pH=7.0-methanol(55:45) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 261 nm. Results The linear range of fluconazole on calibration curve was 1.2-6. 0 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.73%, RSD =0. 30% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Fluconazole Liniment.
