体外支原体药物敏感性的实验研究

目的：比较常用抗生素对临床标本中泌尿生殖道支原体的抗菌作用。方法：采用液体培养法，对临床标本中168株解脲支原体（Uu)和51株人型支原体（Mh)对10种常用抗菌药物的敏感性进行测定。结果：168株Uu对强力霉素，美满霉素，环丙沙星，氧氟沙星，罗红霉素，白霉素，交水霉素，螺旋霉素，阿齐霉素，氯霉素的药敏率分别为36．3％，45．2％，85．7％，70．2％，84.5%,20.2%,20.2%,4.8%,54.8%,22.6%，51株Mh对强力霉素，美满霉素，环丙沙星，氧氟沙星，罗红霉素，白霉素，交沙霉素，螺旋霉素，阿齐霉素，氯霉素的药敏率分别为23.5%,43.1%,90.2%,64.7%,78.4%,15.7%,17.6%,9.8%,74.5%,43.1%，结论：加强以支原体药敏测定，对指导临床治疗有重要意义。

Sensitivity Study of Mycoplasma to Antibiotics in Vitro

Objective: To compare the effect of antibiotics on urogenital mycoplasma from clinical spceimens.Methods: The susecptibi1ity of 168 strains of ureaplasma uiealyitcym (Uu) and 51 strains of mycoplasma hominis (Mh) from clinical specimens were determined using tube culture method in vitro. Results: For 168 Uu the percentage of susceptible strains (R) was as follows: doxycyclin (36.3%) ,minocycline(45.2%) , ciprofi1oxacin (85.7%), ofloxacin (70.2%), roxithromycin (84.5%), leucomycin (20.2%), josamycin (20.2%), acetyl- spiramycin (4.8%), azithromycin (54.8%), chloromycetin (22.6%) respectively. For 51 Mh the percentage of susceptible strains (R) was as follows: doxycyclin (23.5%), minocycline (43.1%) ,ciprofiloxacin (90.2%) ,ofloxacin (64.7%) ,roxithromycin (78.4%), leucomycin (15.7%), josamycin(17.6%), acetyl-spiramycin (9.8%), azithromycin (74.5%), chloromycetin ( 43.1 %)respectively. The strains of resistance to antibiotics in both Uu and Mh were existed. Conclusion: The susceptibility monitoring of urogenital mycoplasma has important significance in clinical drug treatment.
