64层螺旋CT胸部低剂量扫描的临床研究

摘    要:目的:通过对比固定管电量与自动管电量技术扫描的图像结果,寻求平衡肺部图像质量与辐射剂量的合理方案。方法:将受检人群随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组采用固定管电量扫描技术并按照管电量40、50、60 mAs依次分为A、B、C 3组;对照组采用自动管电量扫描技术并采用Caredose 4D剂量关怀模式。使用统计学软件SPSS对有效剂量、体质量指数、图像质量、图像噪声进行分析。结果:试验组与对照组的图像质量、有效剂量、图像噪声差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.00);A、B、C 3组有效剂量之间差异具有统计学意义(P=0.00);A、B组,A、C组图像噪声差异有统计学意义(P=0.00),B、C组图像噪声差异无统计学意义(P=0.533)。结论:固定管电量的低剂量扫描条件能够在达到诊断目的的同时大幅降低患者的辐射剂量。

Abstract:Objective To balance the thorax image quality and radiation dose by comparing automatic exposure control and constant current control. Methods The subjects were divided into trial group and control group randomly. The subjects in the trial group were sorted into subgroup A, subgroup B and subgroup C with fixed tube currents of 40, 50 and60 mAs respectively, and the ones in the control group underwent automatic tube current scanning with Caredose 4D model. SPSS was used to analyze the image quality, body mass index(BMI), effective dose(ED) and image noise. Results There were statistical differences between the image quality, ED and image noise of the control group and those of the trial group(P=0.00). There were significant differences between the EDs of subgroup A, B and C(P=0.00). Subgroup A had the image noises significantly different from those of subgroup B and C(P=0.00), and the image noises of subgroup B had no statistical difference with those of subgroup C(P=0.533). Conclusion Low-dose scanning with fixed tube current can be used for the diagnosis with low radiation dose.
