Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪检测体液标本性能评价研究

目的:评测Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪日常检测体液标本的能力.方法:在体液模式下检测脑脊液、胸水、腹水标本,对Sysmex XE-5000本底计数、精密度、携带污染率、线性等参数以及与手工计数法比对进行评价研究.结果:Sysmex XE-5000检测体液标本的本底计数符合厂商要求;精密度高(CV％＜20％);携带污染率低于0.5％;线性良好(0.95＜a＜1.05,相关系数r＞0.99),与手工计数法有着良好的相关性(r＞0.90).结论:Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪检测体液标本性能良好,适用于日常临床体液标本的检测.

Evaluation of Sysmex XE-5000 fully automated hematological analyzer for body fluids

Objective To evaluate the function of Sysmex XE-5000 fully automated hematological analyzer in testing body fluids. Methods Using the BF mode to measure cerebrospinal fluid, pleural fluid and peritoneal fluid, blank test, precision, carryover, linearity and comparison were analyzed and the performance of Sysmex XE-5000 was evaluated. The analyzer had the blank test coincident with the requirements of the instrument manufacturer, high precision （CV%〈20%）, carryover lower than 0.5%, high linearity （0.95〈a〈1.05, and the correlation coefficient r〉0.99）, and test results highly consistent with those by manual operation （r〉0.90）. Conclusion Sysmex XE-5000 fully automated hema-tological analyzer can be widely used in clinical detection.
