| 摘 要： | 目的:以《军队三级综合医院等级评审标准和细则(试行)》为指导,结合长期临床工作和管理实践经验,构建军队医院绩效管理考核系统的指标体系和权重.方法:在指标体系设计和权重赋予上,兼顾整体的公平性原则和不同科室业务差异的科学性原则.结果:建立了7项考评指标,并根据管理经验赋予了权重.结论:建立的评价指标体系和权重具有全面性、实用性、科学性和可操作性的特点,在医院绩效管理中有推广价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish index system and weight values under the guidance of the Military Tertiary General Hospital Level Evaluation Standards and Regulations （Trial version） and combined with the authors＇ experiences in clin- ical work and management practices. Methods Based on the equity and difference, a series of scientific evaluation in- dexes were established.Results Seven evaluation indexes were established and weight values were obtained from man- agement practices. Conclusion The evaluation index system and the weight value are of completeness, practicality, logicand operability. |
