摘    要:目的:比较AW及Syngo 2种图像后处理平台对MRI薄层图像数据VR重组的显示特点及诊断优势。方法:将2组40例不同检查部位的MRI薄层扫描图像数据通过网络分别传输至AW及Syngo图像处理工作站作VR重组处理,所得图像经多角度观察保存后评价其显示效果和诊断优势。结果:AW图像处理引擎的渲染效果及对微小病变的显示能力均优于Syngo。结论:对于临床影像检查3D处理中微小病变或难以明确的征象,可行2种处理软件分别处理观察,以提高诊断质量,减少漏诊率。

Abstract:Objective To compare the characteristics and advantages of AW and Syngo image post-processing platforms for VR reconstruction in MRI thin scanning image data. Methods Two groups of 40 different MRI thin scanning images were transmitted to AW and Syngo image processing workstations for VR reformation through the network. All the obtained images were saved from multiple angles, and then were evaluated for the application to diagnosis. Results AW image processing engine behaved better than Syngo in rendering and diplaying tiny lesions. Conclusion W and Syngo image post-processing platforms can be combined for examining tiny lesions or unclear signs to enhance diagnosis and reduce missed diagnosis.
