| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病发病的始动因素,多贯穿于2型糖尿病的全程。从发病根本、病理产物方面进行阐述,认为治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素胰岛素抵抗的关键应该抓住脾虚这一病机,提出从脾论治2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗可以为中医药的基础和临床研究提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | The most factor in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is insulin resistance. Insulin resistance runs more through in the type 2 diabete. Explaining from the fundament of onset and the pathological products, we think that the key treating insulin resistance in the type 2 diabetes is to seize the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency, and to put forward that treating insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes from the spleen can provide a new idea for the base and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine. |
