双心汤治疗稳定型冠心病合并抑郁或焦虑临床观察

目的:观察中药双心汤治疗稳定型冠心病胸闷胸痛患者合并抑郁、焦虑的临床疗效。方法:选取稳定型冠心病胸闷胸痛合并抑郁、焦虑患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组仅采用常规抗心肌缺血治疗及心理疏导,治疗组在常规抗心肌缺血治疗及心理疏导的基础上服用双心汤;疗程均为4周。比较两组患者胸痛症状积分变化、Zung抑郁自评量表评分变化、中医证候积分变化情况。结果:两组治疗后,胸闷胸痛症状积分降低、Zung抑郁自评量表评分减少、中医症候积分降低、平均心率减慢等方面存在显著性差异(P0.05);治疗组总有效率优于对照组,治疗期间两组均无不良反应。结论:双心汤能有效减轻和解除稳定型冠心病合并抑郁、焦虑患者的胸闷胸痛症状,同时显著改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪及整体中医证候。

Clinical Observation of Shuangxin Decoction on Stable Coronary Heart Disease with Depression or Anxiety

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine Shuangxin decoction on chest stuffiness or chest pain with depression or anxiety symptoms due to stable coronary disease. To approach the efficacy of soothing liver and relieving depression, coordinating Qi and blood on stable coronary disease with psy- chological barriers of depression or anxiety. Method： To selected 60 patients with chest stuffiness or chest pain symptoms associated with depression or anxiety due to stable coronary disease were randomly divided into the treat- ment group of Shuangxin decoction and the control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group took orally Shuangxin decoction on the basis of conventional anti-myocardial ischemia drugs and psychological counseling. The control group were treated only with conventional anti-myocardial ischemia drugs and psychological counse- ling. The courses of treatment of two groups were 4 all weeks. To compare the changes of chest pain symptoms score, Zung self - rating depressive scale, TCM syndroms score and average heart rate in two groups. Results ： Be- fore and after treatment, there was significant difference in reducing the score of chest stuffiness or chest pain symptoms, Zung self-rating depressive scale, TCM syndroms score and average heart rate （P 〈 0.05 ）. Total effi- ciency of treatment group was better than that of control group. There were no adverse reactions happened in two groups during treatment. Conclusion： Shuangxin decoction can effectively alleviate and remove the patients chest stuffiness or chest pain symptoms associated with anxiety or depression due to stable coronary heart disease. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the mood of anxiety , depression and the whole TCM symptoms. It can also reduce patients heart rate obviously. So to patients which have chest stuffiness or chest pain symptoms as- sociated with depression or anxiety due to stable coronary disease and were treated ineffectively by conventional anti - myocardi
