放射性注射药物的集成防护方法及防护系统的设计

目的：为解决现有放射性药物缺少防护手段的问题,探讨和研制一种放射性注射药物的集成防护方法和防护系统。方法：较低放射性药物的注射器针管通过外周套装带轴向透明铅玻璃条形注射刻度观察窗的钨合金管状防护套对径向发散的射线进行屏蔽,较高放射性药物通过运输注射防护装置在转移运输和注射过程中进行辐射防护,2种放射性药物通过配置在分装防护柜内的防护分装装置分装到注射器。结果：该集成防护方法和防护装置系统紧密结合放射性药物注射的实际操作,能提供良好的射线屏蔽保护。结论：采用此方案研制的放射性注射药物的集成防护方法和防护系统能在放射性药物分装、转移运输、注射过程中为操作人员提供全程的屏蔽防护,使用方便、屏蔽效果好,可以有效减少核医学工作人员的受照辐射剂量和保障其职业健康。

Integrated protection of radioactive injecting drug and design of protective system

Objective To develop an integrated protection method and protective system for the radioactive injecting drug.Methods The injector tubing with low radiopharmaceutical was prevented from radial ray radiation by an external tunnel protective cover made of tung alloy, which had a injection scale viewing window of transparent lead glass at the axial direction. The radiation protection was realized for the drug with high radioactivity by some protective device during transportation and injection. The two kinds of drugs were distributed into the injector through the loading instrument in the protective cabinet. Results The integrated protective method and device were combined to realize radiation protection during radioactive drug injection. Conclusion The integrated protective method and device can provide protection against radiation during distribution, transportation and injection, and can reduce the radiation dose of the nuclear medicine staff.
