摘    要:目的:通过对医院考评系统业务和指标的归类分析,并结合“军卫一号”医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS),设计出军队医院绩效管理考核系统的具体功能模块和后台数据库.方法:根据需求分析设计系统功能模块,按照关系数据库的设计理念设计后台数据库,利用表间关系减少冗余并保持数据的完整性.结果:基于实际管理经验设计出9种功能、33个模块.根据数据的性质、层次和来源将其分为基础信息、方案指标、系统及权限3大类.在系统的后台设计上保证了系统的易用性和高效运行.结论:军队医院绩效管理考核系统功能模块设计全面、合理,后台数据库科学、高效.

Abstract:Objective To deign the functional modules and background database of military hospital performance man- agement and appraisal system by combining HIS of No.1 Military Medical Project and analyzing the business and in- dexes. Methods The system functional modules were designed by requirement analysis, and the idea of relationship database was involved in the design of the background database, and the inter-sheet relation was used to reduce the redundancy and keep the integrity of the data. Results Nine functions and thirty-three modules were designed, which were classified into three types of basic information, project index as well as system and authority. The easy use and high efficiency of the system were ensured by the background design. Conclusion The functional modules are completeand reasonable, and the background data are scientific and effective.
