| 摘 要： | 目的为了改善高血压患者治疗依从性差的问题。方法将铜陵市铜庄社区高血压患者随机分成2组,一组作为干预组,一组作为对照组,在2组高血压患者中均进行为期1年的高血压防治健康教育和健康促进活动,同时对干预组家庭也进行高血压防治健康教育,并针对家庭中的不良生活方式等进行综合干预。结果2组高血压患者知识掌握无显著差异(t=1.38,P>0.05);治疗依从性改变干预组明显好于对照组(t=4.86,P<0.01),有极显著差异。结论以家庭为基础的综合干预可有效地改善高血压患者治疗依从性,是行之有效的措施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the treatment compliancy on hypertensives. METHODS Hypertensives who lived in Tongzhuang community,Tongling were randomly divided into 2 groups,the intervention group and the contrast group for 1 year, on the same time we gave the intervention family on health education and changed their unhealthy behavior. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the understanding of hypertension between the intervention group and the contrast group. The change of the treatment compliancy was better in the intervention group than in the contrast group,there was significant difference. CONCLUSIONS The integrated intervention on the basis of family was an effective measure in improving the treatment compliancy. |
