| 摘 要： | 建立反相离子对HPLC法测定复方苯海拉明搽剂中二组分的含量。采用Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,以0.15%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值为3.5)-甲醇(38:62)为流动相,检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。盐酸苯海拉明及苯佐卡因的线性范围分别为1.6～40.5μg.mL-1(r=0.9992)及3.3～81.5μg.mL-1(r=0.9991),平均回收率分别为99.6%(RSD=0.86%)及99.7%(RSD=1.1%)。本方法简单、迅速、准确,可用于复方苯海拉明搽剂中二组分的含量测定。
