不同放尿方法对剖宫产术后病人膀胱功能的影响

目的 :探讨剖宫产术后不同放尿方法对病人膀胱功能的恢复、子宫复旧及产后出血的影响。方法 :将 12 0例剖宫产术后病人随机分为3组 ,甲组采用开放式引流法 ,乙组采用自主性放尿法 ,丙组采用定时性放尿与自主性放尿相结合的方法。结果 :开放式引流法对剖宫产术后病人膀胱功能的恢复有影响 ,对子宫复旧、产后出血无影响 ;自主性放尿法对剖宫产术后病人膀胱功能的恢复、子宫复旧、产后出血均有影响 ;定时性放尿与自主性放尿相结合的方法可促进剖宫产术后病人膀胱功能的恢复 ,不影响子宫复旧及产后出血。结论 :定时性放尿与自主性放尿相结合的方法优于开放式引流法和单纯自主性放尿法 ,适用于剖宫产术后病人。

Clinical Observation on the Functional Recovery of Different Ways of Urine Drainage in Postoperative Cesarean Section Patients

Objective: to probe into the affect of different way of urine drainage on the recovery of bladder function, involution of uterus, and postpartum hemorrhage of patients underwent cesarean section. Methods: a total of 120 cases post-surgical patients were divided into 3 groups randomly. Patients of group A accepted openly drainage of urine. Patients of group B underwent autonomic drainage of urine. Patients of group C accepted the combination of opening urine drainage tube timely and autonomic drainage. Results: openly drainage of urine in post-surgical cesarean section patients had some impacts on the recovery of bladder function of patients. It had little impacts on either involution of uterus or postpartum hemorrhage of these patients. The autonomic drainage of urine had some impacts on recovery of bladder function, involution of uterus, and postpartum hemorrhage of post-surgical cesarean section patients. The combination way of opening urine drainage tube timely and autonomic drainage may improve the recovery of bladder function of post-surgical cesarean section patients. However, it has no impact on either involution of uterus or postpartum hemorrhage of these patients. Conclusion: the combination way of opening urine drainage tube timely and autonomic drainage is superior to either openly drainage or autonomic drainage of urine, which is suitable for post-surgical cesarean section patients.
