| 摘 要： | 目的:评价无张力阴道吊带术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法:对18例压力性尿失禁的女性患者进行了TVT手术治疗。结果:平均手术时间(37±3)min。16例排尿正常,2例出现尿潴留,经尿道扩张、留置F18尿管2 w后恢复正常排尿。所有患者均无尿失禁出现。结论:TVT手术具有操作简单、创伤小、效果好等优点,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的一种有效和安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the outcome of tension-free vaginal tape(TVT)in treatment of female stree urinary incontinence.Methods:A prospective open study was conducted using TVT for stress Urinery incontinence.Results:The mean operation time was(37±3) min.16 patients experienced normosthenuria,2 patients experienced urinary retention;uroschesis,but got well after the tape was cut 2 weeks later.None of the 18 cases had incontinence after surgery.Conclusion:TVT is a simple,reliable,mini-invasive comlications.It is a effectiveness and safty method for treating female stress urinary incontinence. |
