摘    要:本文检测了柔红霉素肾病大鼠及被动Heymann肾炎大鼠血清和尿XOD。结果发现,柔红霉素肾病大鼠尿和血清XOD升高,并且与尿蛋白含量呈正相关,同时大鼠存在抗氧化能力下降和脂质过氧化反应亢进;被动Heymann肾炎虽也存在抗氧化能力下降和脂质过氧化反应亢进,但血清和尿XOD活性无明显改变。研究结果提示XOD是柔红霉素肾病活性氧产生途径之一,但不是被动Heymann肾炎活性氧的产生来源。

Abstract:Xanthine oxidase(XOD)was detected in serum and in urine of rats with daunomycin nephrosis(DMNS)and with passive Heymann nephritis (PHN). It was found that the level of XOD in urine and in serum was increased in rats with DMNS, there was positive correlation between urinary protein exeretion and XOD in serum, and between urinary protein excretion and urinary XOD, and there were the decreased antioxidant activity and the hyper lipid peroxidation in rats with DMNS. In rats with PHN, there were the declined antioxidant activity and hyper-lipid peroxidation, but there was no significant changes of level of urinary and serum XOD. Results suggested that XOD might be one of ways in reactive oxygen species produced in rats with DMNS, and might not be way in rats with PHN.
