| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究原发性肾细胞癌组织中HSP70 和多药耐药基因 1(MDR-1/P gp)的表达情况并分析其与预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测HSP70 和MDR1/P gp的表达情况。结果 :5例正常肾组织中均可见到HSP70和MDR1/P gp的表达。 6 0例原发性肾细胞癌中HSP70 和MDR1/P gp的阳性率分别为 5 5 %和 71.6 7% ,二者的表达与组织学类型、临床分期无关 ;与分级呈负相关 ,即分级越高 ,表达越低 ;与预后呈正相关 ,阳性表达预后好于阴性表达者 ;HSP70 和MDR1/P gp之间存在相关性。结论 :HSP70 和MDR1/P gp在肾细胞癌中高表达 ,二者可作为判断预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of HSP 70 and MDR -1 /P-gp in human primary renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its relationship with prognosis. Methods: 5 normal renal tissue and 60 RCC were analyzed preoperatively for expression of HSP 70 and MDR 1/P-gp by means of immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results: The expression of HSP 70 and P-gp was presented in 55% and 71.67% in all RCC respectively,while in the normal renal tissue was 100%. The expression of HSP 70 and P-gp was not correlated with the type of histology and stage,but was correlated with the grade and prognosis. The relationship between HSP 70 and P-gp was found. Conclusion: HSP 70 and P-gp has high level expression in renal cell carcinoma and might be useful prognostic factors for this disease. |
