| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨支气管肺泡灌洗在外科重症肺部感染抢救中的作用。方法 回顾分析外科并重症肺部感染 5 6例 ,分纤支镜组 2 9例及非纤支镜组 2 7例。结果 纤支镜组总有效率为 86 2 1% ,非纤支镜组总有效率为 5 9 2 5 % (P <0 0 5 )。纤支镜组治疗后抗生素使用疗程缩短且费用降低及总住院时间缩短。结论 支气管肺泡灌洗在重症肺部感染抢救中可缩短肺部感染的治愈时间 ,是一种相对安全而有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) in treating serious pulmonary infections from surgical therapy. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with serious pulmonary infections from surgical treatment were retrospectively investigated. 29 patients in the fibrobronchoscopy group(FBG) received treatment of BAL, 27 patients in the non-fibrobronchoscopy group(NFBG) were used as control. Results The total efficacious rate in the FBG and NFBG was 86.21% and 59.25%, respectively(P<0.05). In the FBG, the time of using antibiotics and the hospitalized day were markedly shortened, and the cost of medical treatment was lowered. Conclusion BAL was a safe and efficacious approach for treating serious pulmonary infections, especially with acute respiratory failure. |
