甲状腺机能亢进症521例手术治疗体会

目的：通过对甲亢外科临床特点的分析，改进术前准备及传统手术方法，提高诊治水平。方法：对５２１例甲亢病例选用碘＋心得安＋卡托普利联合术前准备；用腺叶囊内楔状切除法进行双侧甲状腺次全切术的临床研究。结果：术前平均准备时间缩短为７天；除２例复发、１例功能性甲状旁腺素减少外，无出现不可逆手术并发症及死亡。结论：碘＋心得安＋卡托普利联合用药术前准备效果可靠，采用腺叶囊内楔状切除法进行甲亢手术明显减少了并发症，效果满意。

Surgery and its curative treatment experience on 521 cases of hyperthyroidism

Objective: To improve the preparing for surgery and traditional methods as well as the skill full diagnosing after a surgical clinical analysis of the hyperthyroidism. Methods: A selection of lodine+lnderal and captopril is used for the complex preparing for the surgery of 521 cases of the hyperthyroidism. To have sub total thyroidectomy and give a clinical observation. Results: The average preparing periods before the surgery is 7 days shortened except for two of them suffered a relapse and one suffered hypothyroidism there shows sign of complication or death.Conclusion: The complex application of iodine,Inderal and+captopril as the preparing for surgery proves a reliable curative effect,and the adoption of the operation on hyperthyroidism by inner shaping evidently reduces that of complication to shaping evidently reduces that of compilcation to reach a satisfied effect.
