Bcl－2癌蛋白的表达与乳腺癌临床和病理某些参数的关系

目的探讨Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤和白血病－２基因（Ｂｃｌ－２）癌蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达的临床病理意义，方法应用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组织化学法测定１４５例乳腺癌组织中Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达。结果Ｂｃｌ－２表达的阳性率为４２．０６％。阳性反应物质位于细胞浆或核膜上，胞核中偶有表达。Ｂｃｌ－２的表达与患者年龄、月经情况、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移无关，而与预后好的某些病理形态学特征关系密切。在浸润性导管癌不同病理分级组间有明显的差异；核分裂＞２１＞１０ＨＰＦ组中其表达率明显低于０～１０／１０ＨＰＦ组；有肿瘤坏死者的表达率明显低于无肿瘤坏死者。结论Ｂｃｌ－２表达与乳腺癌的生物学行为有关。

EXPRESSION OF Bcl-2 PROTEIN IN BREAST CARCINOMA AND ITS CORRELATION WITH CLINICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL PARAMETERS

PURPOSE To prove the clinical and pathological significance of the expression of Bcl-2 protein in breast carcinoma.METHODS The expression of Bcl-2 protein was immunohistochemically detected with LSAB method in 145 women with breast carcinoma and was investigated with regard to its relationship to pathomorphology,cellular proliferative activity and clinical features.RESULTS It was observed that 61 cases (42. 06%) were positive for Bcl-2 protein staining which was localized in the cytoplasm and nuclear membrane of tumor cells.The rate of Bcl-2 protein expression had no correlation to the age of patients, menstruation,tumor size or axillary nodal status (P>0. 05 for each).It was strongly associated with several favorable prognostic features,such as a low mitotic count and high histological grade of differentiation (P<0. 01 for each). It was also significantly associated with lack of tumor necrosis (P<0. 02).CONCLUSIONS It has been shown that Bcl-2 protein expression is correlated to the biological behavior of breast carcinoma.
