护理高职生学习动机、学习效能感与学业成绩的关系

目的探讨护理专业高职生的学习动机、学习效能感及其与学业成绩之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法对上海某大学护理专业309名高职学生进行学习动机和学习效能感的调查,数据采用t检验和逐步多元回归法进行统计处理。结果(1)学习动机以报答、就业与生活为主,消极回避最少;(2)高分组学生学习效能感、求知和成绩目标动机较强(P<0.05或P<0.01),低分组学生学习效能感较低、消极回避动机较强(P<0.01);(3)学习效能感、成绩目标和消极回避动机可直接影响学业成绩,求知、消极回避、社会奉献和成绩目标动机通过学习效能感间接影响学业成绩。结论激发学生求知与成绩目标动机,增强学习效能感,对提高学业成绩非常必要。

Relationship between Learning Motivation,Efficiency and Academic Performance in Students in Vocational Nursing School

Objective To explore the relationship between learning motivation,efficiency and academic performance in students from vocational nursing school.Methods A total of 309 students from the Nursing Department of a university were investigated for motivation and efficiency using questionnaires,and the data were analyzed with t test and stepwise regression method.Results The learning of the students was mostly motivated by potential repayment,employment and improvement of life,and passive avoidance contributed the least.The students with excellent performance showed significantly higher learning efficiency,stronger aspiration for knowledge and greater achievement goals than those with poor performance(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the latter students were less efficient in learning and more likely motivated by passive avoidance motivation(P<0.01).Learning efficiency,achievement goal and passive avoidance motivations had a direct impact on academic performance of the students,and knowledge seeking,passive avoidance,social contribution and achievement goal motivations indirectly affected the performance through learning efficiency.Conclusion Promoting the learning efficiency of students by enhancing their knowledge seeking and achievement goal motivations is crucial to improve their academic performance.
