肺结核病患者生存质量状况及其影响因素研究

目的 了解肺结核病患者生存质量状况,探讨肺结核病患者生存质量的影响因素,为提高肺结核病患者的生存质量和结核病防治工作提供科学依据. 方法 选取深圳市福田区作为研究现场,利用健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）,对肺结核病患者开展现况调查. 结果 肺结核病患者生存质量总体得分为（66.73±11.52）分.单因素分析结果显示：体重指数、文化程度、婚姻状况等14个因素是结核病患者生存质量总体得分的影响因素;多因素分析结果显示：痰涂片、文化程度以及是否接受过结核病相关健康教育是患者生存质量总体得分的影响因素. 结论 肺结核病患者生存质量较低,应针对影响因素采取相应措施,从而提高其生存质量.

Study on the Quality of Life of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Shenzhen City and its Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the further effective intervention to improve their quality of life.Methods Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis registered at the tuberculosis control institutions of Futian District in Shenzhen were interviewed face to face with SF-36.Results The overall scores of the quality of life of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were 66.73±11.52.Univariate analysis indicated that 14 factors such as BMI,educational background and marital status were the influencing factors of the quality of life of the patients.Multiple linear regression suggested that sputum smear,educational background and TB-related health education were the factors influencing the scores of the quality of life.Conclusions The quality of life of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis needs to be improved.Corresponding measures should be developed to improve their quality of life.
