摘 要: | 目的 分析深圳某区2011年67家重点监督企业职业病危害因素检测结果,了解该区重点监督企业职业病危害因素状况,为开展重点监督企业职业病防治工作提供指导. 方法 根据相关标准和规范,对该区67家重点监督企业的职业病危害因素进行识别、采样和检测,并分析检测结果. 结果 对67家重点监督企业采样383点,合格310点,合格率80.9%;按行业分类,五金行业以噪声危害较为严重,家具制造企业以粉尘危害尤为突出;不同职业病危害因素检测点合格率以噪声最低,其中小型企业超标最为严重. 结论 噪声、粉尘和有机溶剂为辖区重点监督企业中的主要职业病危害因素,且以噪声超标情况严重,应加强对其预防控制.

Abstract: | Objective To analyze the detection results of occupational hazards factors among 67 key supervision enterprises in a district of Shenzhen in 2011,investigate the situation of occupational hazards factors in the key enterprises of the district,and provide guidance for developing occupational disease prevention and control work in the key supervision enterprises.Methods According to the relevant standards and norms,occupational hazards factors of 67 key supervision enterprises were identified,sampled and tested,and then the results were analyzed.Results Among 383 sampling sites of the key supervision enterprises,310 were qualified,with the qualified rate of 80.9%.According to the industry classification,noise was found to be severe in hardware industry,and dust in furniture manufacturing industry was particularly outstanding.Among different occupational hazards factors of the sampling sites,the unqualified rate of noise was the highest,small and medium-sized enterprises exceeded the national standard seriously.Conclusions Noise,dust and organic solvent are the main occupational hazards factors in the key supervision enterprises of the district,and the unqualified rate of noise is the most serious.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control measures. |
