三种激光单独或联合应用治疗各型血管角皮瘤的策略探讨

目的观察各型血管角皮瘤激光治疗方法的临床疗效。方法血管角皮瘤患者19例,根据各型的不同特点分别或联合应用CO2激光、脉冲染料激光和长脉冲Nd∶YAG激光进行治疗。术后随访1年,评定疗效。结果治愈16例,占84.2%;好转1例,占5.3%;无效2例,占10.5%;形成瘢痕4例,占21.1%;色素改变7例,占36.8%;16例治愈病例的平均治疗次数为1.75次。结论根据血管角皮瘤的类型、发生部位、数量、增生情况、颜色和患者的美容要求选择适当的激光进行治疗,能够提高疗效,减少治疗次数和不良反应。

Exploration on Treatment of, Different Types of Angiokeratoma with Laser

Objective To explore the effects of laser treatment for different types of angiokeratoma. Methods Depending on their clinical characteristics, different types of angiokeratoma were treated with CO2 laser, pulsed dye laser and long-pulse Nd： YAG laser alone or in combination. The medical follow-up of 1 year was conducted for therapeutic effect evaluation. Results Of the 19 patients receiving the treatment, 84. 2% was cured, 5.3% took a favorable turn, 10. 5% failed to respond, 21.1% had scar formation, and 36. 8% experienced pigment alteration. For the 16 patients cured, the number of treatment averaged 1.75. Conclusions It will improve therapeutic effects and reduce treatment sessions and side effects by choosing appropriate laser in terms of types, locations, number, colom and hyperplasia degrees of angiokeratoma and cosmetic requirements of patients.
