鼻腔肌上皮瘤一例并文献复习体会

本文就一例在罕见部位发生的肌上皮瘤,初步分析了该病的MRI信号特点,并结合文献分析,提出由于该瘤在小涎腺良性肿瘤中所占比例甚高,并有恶变倾向,故在小涎腺分布区内肿物有相应MRI表现特点时,均需考虑到肌上皮瘤可能。文中还对几种有类似MRI表现的其他肿瘤作了鉴别诊断分析。

MRI feature of myoepithelioma in nasalcavity(a case report with literature review)

Objective To study clinical manifestations and MRI findings of myoepithelioma.Methods MR images of a case of myoepithelioma diagnosed in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and reviewing other relative articles.This case of myoepithelioma was confirmed by open surgery followed by pathological examination.Results Analyzing MR appearances of this special case of myoepithelioma,we find it has a equal signal in T1W and T2W, and which nonuniform enhancement was reveal after the adminisistration of contrast agent.Conclusion Myoepithelioma was not a rare entity, especially at minor salivary glands, and had malignant tendency.If those MR appearances occur in the areas of minor salivary glands, myoepithelioma should be included in the possible diagnosis.
