| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨煤矿工人血浆肾素活性 (PRA)对原发性高血压发病的影响。方法 采用放射免疫测定法对高血压 (HP)与非高血压 (NHP)矿工进行血浆肾素活性测定。结果 在井下作业矿工中 ,HP矿工PRA不仅显著高于NHP矿工 (P <0 .0 5) ,而且显著高于地面作业HP矿工 (P <0 .0 5) ,矿工平均动脉血压 (ABP)与PRA呈显著正相关 (r=0 .459,P <0 .0 5)。此外 ,井下作业工龄越长 ,PRA越高 ,与井下作业工龄呈显著性正相关 (r =0 .399,P <0 .0 5)。结论 井下作业可引起HP矿工PRA升高 ,并导致HP矿工发病。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of plasma renin activity (PRA) on mobidity of hypertension in the coal miners. Methods The PRA was tested by means of radioimmunoassay in coal miners with hypertension (HP) and non-hypertension (NHP). Results In the coal miners of underpit operation, the PRA of HP miners was significantly higher than not only NHP miners (P<0.05), but HP miners on the ground (P<0.05). The average blood pressure (ABP) had positive correlation with PRA (r=0.459, P<0.05). Moreover, the longer the service time in the pit, the higher the PRA of miners. The PRA of miners had positive correlations with the length of service in the pit (r=0.399, P<0.05). Conclusion The underpit operation might increase the PRA of HP miners, and induce the morbidity of HP miners. |
