| 摘 要： | 目的:建立六味抗感颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Alltima C18,5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(13:87),检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.400 8~4.0080μg(r=0.999 8)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%,(RSD=1.76%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于六味抗感颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the method of determination of the contents of Chlorogenic Acid in Liuweikanggan granules.Methods：Using reverse HPLC,the chromatographic conditions included Ultimate C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitril-0.4% phosphoric acid：13：87.Detection wavelength was at 327nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Column temperature was at 30℃.Results：There was a good linear within the range of 0.400 8 ~4.008 0μg for Chlorogenic acid with r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 98.9%（RSD=1.76%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used of for the quality control of Liuwei Kanggan granules. |
