慢性湿疹小鼠模型的建立

摘    要:目的建立小鼠背部慢性湿疹模型。方法用0.5%、1.0%和2.0%3个不同浓度的2,4二-硝基氯苯(DNCB)反复刺激小鼠背部皮肤,比较不同浓度DNCB刺激局部皮肤产生的皮损炎症程度及组织病理切片炎症细胞数量的差异。结果小鼠背部皮损炎症程度及组织病理炎症细胞数量各组间均有统计学意义。结论 0.5%DNCB反复刺激小鼠背部皮肤可建立慢性湿疹模型。

Abstract:Objective To establish a model of chronic eczema on the dorsum of mice.Methods Dorsum of mice was repeatedly challenged with 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% DNCB,respectively.The difference in the inflammation degree of lesion and quantity of inflammatory cells in histopathology were compared.Results The distinction of the inflammation degree of lesion and quantity of inflammatory cells in histopathology was of statistical significance(P<0.05) in different groups.Conclusion Repeated challenge with 0.5 % DNCB may induce ...
