灵菊七不同温度提取物抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究提取温度对灵菊七提取物总多酚、总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性的影响;方法:采用不同温度(40-100℃)提取灵菊七药材,Folin-Ciocalteu及三氯化铝显色法测定灵菊七不同温度提取物的总多酚、总黄酮含量,DPPH、ABTS+.及磷钼酸铵三种抗氧化模型研究其抗氧化活性;结果:随着药材提取温度的升高,总多酚、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性均显著升高(P<0.05),当提取温度达到100℃时,其总多酚、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性与提取温度为90℃提取物无显著性差异(P>0.05)相关性分析表明总多酚、总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性显著相关(P<0.001);结论:提取温度对灵菊七提取物总多酚、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性均有显著的影响。

Abstract:Objective:Research of the effect of extraction temperature on total phenols,total flavonols and antioxidant capacity of Gynura medica.Methods:Gynura medica was extracted at different temperature(40-100℃),the Folin-Ciocalteu and aluminium choride colorimetry methods were used to determinate the content of total phenols and total flavonols;three antioxidant models including DPPH,ABTS+· and phosphomolybdenum methods were selected to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Gynura medica.Results:The total phenols,total flavonols and antioxidant capacity of Gynura medica were all significantly increased(P〈0.05) with increasing the extraction temperature(from 40°C to 100°C).While total phenols,total flavonols and antioxidant capacity were not significant different(P〉0.05) at the extraction temperature of 90°C and 100°C;the correlations revealed that the total phenols,total flavonols were all significantly correlated with the antioxidant activity(P〈0.001).Conclusion:Extraction temperatures significantly influenced the total phenols,total flavonols and antioxidant capacity of Gynura medica.
