七氟醚用于全麻诱导的临床观察

目的探讨七氟醚在全麻诱导中的实用性与安全性。方法选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期手术者30例,随机分为A、B两组。A组吸入4%七氟醚,氧化亚氮2 L/min,氧气2 L/min;B组为5%七氟醚,氧化亚氮4 L/min,氧气2 L/min。术前1 h肌注阿托品0.5 mg,安定10 mg,经FC-84型麻醉机及七氟醚S-3型专用挥发器吸入,观察相关指标。结果两组病人呼吸反应消失时间及睫毛反射消失时间有显著差异,B组短于A组。两组诱导期SaO2均在95%以上,插管后两组血压、脉搏均上升。结论七氟醚诱导无兴奋期,入睡快、诱导平稳,无明显不良反应,是一种安全、有效的诱导方法。

Clinical Observation on General Anesthesia Inducing of Sevoflurane

Objective To discuss the practicability and safety of sevoflurane in general anesthesia inducing.Methods 30 cases of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patient were divided into two groups.Group A was inhaled sevoflurane 4%,NO and O.Group B was inhaled 5% sevoflurane NO and O.The routine treatment before operation with FC-84 ventilator.The relative data was observed.Results There was significant difference in disappear time of respiratory and lash reflex between both groups with group B much shorter.The Bp,P and SaO (above 95%) were increased.Conclusion The sevoflurane might have inducing smoothly without exciting time and quick sleep.It might be safe without side effect.
