风险管理在医疗器械检验机构应用初探简

风险管理是当下最先进的管理方法，已经广泛应用于工商企业并经实践证明具有良好的管理成效，但这一管理方法尚未在检验机构得到推广，本文以医疗器械检验机构为切入点初步运用风险管理的方法对风险进行系统分析，并提出相应的管理策略，希望能抛砖引玉，启发我国食品药品医疗器械检验机构了解、引进、运用风险管理的方法提升管理水平。

Early Exploration of Risk Management Application in the Medical Instrument Testing Institution

In order to ensure people can use medical devices safely, the medical instruments testing institution need to improve testing capability continuously, which would be built on the basis of increasing management, including technology, laboratory, administration and so on. Risk management is the most advanced way of management at present, which has been successfully applied in the field of industry and commerce, but not been extended to testing institution. In this article we systematically analyzed the risk in medical instruments testing institution and proposed appropriate management strategies, which could inspire the other inspecting institution to understand, bring in and use the risk management to improve their management level.
