摘    要:3D打印作为一种新型制造技术,正愈发广泛的应用于各行各业。该文将着重介绍此技术在医疗器械制造领域的应用现状并对未来发展进行展望。3D打印可应用于高分子、陶瓷、金属、复合材料甚至细胞组织的三维立体加工,其成型技术多种多样。尽管国内外目前仍多集中于科学研究,临床应用以及初期的商业开发已悄悄拉开帷幕,然而该技术的革命性及其在医疗行业的进一步发展需要医疗器械监管方面的变革。

Abstract:As a typical example of smart manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing (AM) is more and more used in nearly all aspects of everyday life. Its application in medical devices and potential development are discussed in this paper. With various technology routes, AM can be used for the fabrication of polymer-based materials, ceramics, metals and their composites as wel as live cells and tissue. Although most of the current efforts are mainly with research and product development, clinical cases and commercial y available products have been reported. However, for further explore its application in the medical ifeld, changes of the current administration system of medical devices is cal ed to adapt to the development of this revolutionary technology.
