| 摘 要： | 目的：调查我院围手术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用现状，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查分析，随机抽取我院2008年6～12月10个科室围手期住院患者病历600份，对抗茵药使用情况进行统计分析。结果：抗菌药防应用率94．0％；平均用药疗程5．3d；抗菌药合理使用率为66．8％；联合用药中二联占17．0％，三联占3．0％，四联占0．5％。结论：我院围手术期患者抗茵药使用率高，用药档次偏高，用药时间选择不当，用药疗程长，联合用药不合理。应进一步加强抗菌药的合理应用。
