| 摘 要： | 目的研究牡丹皮水提取物及不同浓度乙醇提取物的体外抑菌和杀菌作用。方法用试管内药液稀释法测定牡丹皮水提取物及不同浓度乙醇提取物的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）和最低杀菌浓度（MBC）。结果牡丹皮水提取物和乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄糖球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌均有较强的抑制作用和一定的杀灭作用,且水提取物的作用强于乙醇提物。结论牡丹皮具有抗菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antibacterial effect of aqueous extract and the different concentrations of ethanol extract of cortex moutan in vitro. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） and the minimal bactericidal concentration（MBC） of cortex moutan were determined in vitro. Results The aqueous extract and ethanol extract of cortex moutan both had strong inhibitory effect and certain bactericidal action against staphylococcus aureus, Esherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The antibacterial effect of aqueous extract was stronger than that of ethanol extract. Conclusion Cortex moutan has the antibacterial effect. |
