围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的干预分析

目的：评价上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院实施干预措施前后围手术期抗菌药物合理使用的情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法：通过制定并实施干预措施,对干预前后各250例手术病人的围手术期预防用药时间、抗菌药物品种、联用情况、住院时间及费用、不合理应用等情况进行对比与分析。结果：抗菌药物合理用药比例由干预前的45.20%上升到干预后的84.80%（P〈0.05）;干预后围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物各项用药合理性指标均有显著提高,而住院时间及费用等略有降低。结论：实施围手术期不合理用药干预措施可行、有效,值得借鉴。

Analysis of intervention in the prophylactic utilization of antibacterials during perioperative period

Objective： To evaluate the prophylactic utilization of antibacterials during perioperative period both before and after drug interventions in Yueyang Hospital of Chinese Integrative Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods： Through development and implementation of intervention measures, comparisons and analyses were made both before and after interventions, concerning the prophylactic utilization time of antibacterials during the perioperative period, types of antibacterials used, drug combination, duration of hospitalization and medical costs, and irrational use of antibac- terials in the 250 patients. Results： The rate of rational utilization of antibacterials was increased from 45.20% before interven tion to 84.80% after intervention. After intervention, rational utilization indexes during perioperative period were significantly increased, while duration of hospitalization and medical costs were slightly decreased. Conclusion： The intervention of irrational utilization of antibacterials during perioperative period is feasible and effective, and we can make use of these measures in the clinical practice.
