| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗原发性中晚期肝癌的应用价值。方法均取原发性肝癌中晚期患者30例,在CT引导下组织间植入125I粒子;随访1~30个月观察疗效。结果 30例均顺利完成粒子植入,技术成功率100%;30例患者近期疗效完全缓解8例,部分缓解13例,无变化7例,进展2例,21例（完全缓解＋部分缓解）患者肿瘤局部均无明显进展,近期总有效率70%。结论放射性125I粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌能有效控制病灶。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of radioactive 125I seeds interstitial brachytherapy for advanced liver cancer.Methods Thirty patients with advanced liver cancer accepeed 125I seeds interstitial brachytherapy guided by CT,and observated therapeutic effect after being followed up for 1~30 months.Results Thirty patients were successfully implanted particles,technical success rate was 100%;therapeutic effect in 30 patients was CR in 8 cases,PR in 13 cases,NC in 7 cases,PD in 2 cases,21 cases（CR＋PR） in patients with no obviouly local tumor progress.The total effective rate was 70%.Conclusion Radioactive 125I seed interstitial brachytherapy may relieve the symptoms of patients with advanced liver cancer. |
