老年H型高血压和非H型高血压尿微量蛋白研究

摘    要:目的探讨老年高血压伴有血同型半胱氨酸增高(H型高血压)患者肾功能受损情况。方法将60岁以上原发性高血压263例患者,按血同型半胱氨酸的检验值分为:非H型高血压组、H型高血压1组、H型高血压2组,测定3组病例的24 h尿微量蛋白,将3组病例的24 h尿微量蛋白进行比较。结果 H型高血压2组患者血同型半胱氨酸(24.83±4.00)μmol/L虷型高血压1组患者血同型半胱氨酸(15.73±3.84)μmol/L较非H型高血压组(6.14±3.58)μmol/L显著增高(P<0.01);H型高血压2组患者24 h尿微量蛋白(24.83±4.00)mg/L较H型高血压1组患者24 h尿微量蛋白(15.73±3.84)mg/L亦显著增高(P<0.01)。结论老年H型高血压患者更易发生肾脏损害。

Abstract:Objective To compare urine microprotein in elderly hypertension patients with hyperhomocysteine(H-type hypertension).Methods 263 elderly hypetension patients were divided into three groups according to the levels of blood homocysteine,i.e.non-H-type hypertension patients,H-type hypertension elderly patient group 1 and 2.Levels of 24-hour urine microprotein in each group were detected and compared.Results The levels of 24-hour urine microprotein in either H-type hypertension group 2(24.83±4.00) or group 1(15.73±3.84) were significantly higher than that of non-H-type hypertension group(6.14±3.58)(P0.01).Moreover,the level of 24-hour urine microprotein in H-type hypertension group 2(24.83±4.00) was higher than(15.73±3.84) H-type hypertension group 1(P0.01).Conclusion Elderly patients with H-type hypertension have higher risk for the occurance of kidney iniury.
