通痹散外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(寒湿痹阻证)的临床研究

目的观察通痹散外敷治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)(寒湿痹阻证)的临床疗效,探讨通痹散的作用机制。方法选取寒湿痹阻证的原发性KOA患者共80例,随机分为2组,每组各40例,治疗组给予通痹散外敷,每日1次,对照组给予青鹏软膏外涂,每日2次,均以1周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后VAS及WOMAC评分的变化,统计分析以评价通痹散对原发性KOA(寒湿痹阻证)的临床疗效。结果 2组VAS及WOM-AC评分治疗前后组内比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2组治疗后VAS评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后WOMAC综合评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通痹散、青鹏软膏均能有效改善原发性KOA(寒湿痹阻证)患者的疼痛及临床症状,且通痹散的临床疗效优于青鹏软膏。

Clinical study of Tongbi powder by external application on knee joint osteoarthritis of cold-damp arthralgia syndrome

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Tongbi powder by external application on primary knee joint osteoarthritis(KOA),and to explore its mechanism.Methods 80 cases of patients with KOA of cold-damparthralgia syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Tongbi powder by external application once a day,the control group was treated with Qingpeng ointment by external application twice a day.One week was a treatment course and both groups were treated for two course.The changes of VAS scores an WOMAC scores were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tongbi powder on KOA.Results There were significant differences in VAS and WOMAC scores between that before treatment and after treatment in each group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in VAS scores between treatment group and control group after therapy(P>0.05),but the difference in WOMAC scores was significant between both group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbi powder and Qingpeng ointment both can effective improve pain and clinical syndromes of patients with KOA of cold-damp arthralgia,but the curative effect of Tongbi powder is better than that of Qingpeng ointment.
