TLT与TCL两种液基细胞学技术应用对比分析

摘    要:目的:比较离心甩片法液基细胞制片技术(TLT)与膜式液基细胞制片技术(TCL)的制片质量及在宫颈液基细胞学检查中的应用效果。方法:收集我院2011年1月至2012年6月行宫颈液基细胞学检查的450例受检者标本,分别进行离心甩片(TLT)和膜式液基(TCL)两种制片方法,比较两种方法制片质量、检测结果、宫颈病变检出率的差异。结果:离心甩片(TLT)和膜式液基(TCL)两种制片方法获得的标本制片效果均较理想,细胞片背景清晰,制片满意度较高,两者制片质量无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。两种制片方法对阳性标本检出率无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。离心甩片(TLT)法操作简便,一次操作可对12张细胞片进行处理,对血性标本无需进行特殊处理;而膜式液基(TCL)法操作相对复杂,一次只操作仅能处理1张细胞片,对血性标本必须进行顸处理。结论:离心甩片(TLT)法用于宫颈癌液基细胞学检查与膜式液基细胞(TCL)制片方法相比效果更理想。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the quality producer of centrifugal film method of liquid-based cell production technology {TLT) and membrane liquid-based cell production technology {TCL) and the application effect in liquid-based cervical cytology. Method: 450 cases of cervical liquid-based cytology specimens of subjects from January 2011 to June 2012 were collected. They were respectively taken with centrifu- gal piece (TLT) and membrane liquid-based (TCL) methods. The differences of producer quality test re- suits, cervical lesion detection rate of the two methods were compared. Result: The effect of centrifugal piece (TLT) and membrane liquid-based { TCL) obtained specimens producer was more ideal, the cell sheets background was clearer, and the producer satisfaction level was higher. There were no statistical learning differences for the quality of both producers { P〉 0.05 ). The methods of the two producers had no significant difference for the detection rate of positive samples ( P 〉 0.05 ). The centrifugal piece { TLT ) method was simple, one operation could process 12 cell sheets, and it didn't need special treatment for bloody specimens. The membrane liquid-based {TCL) method was relatively complex. It only handled one cell sheet in one time of operation, and the bloody specimens must be pretreated. Conclusion: The effect of centrifugal tablets (TLT) for cervical liquid-based cytology cell is more ideal compared to the membrane liq- uid-based producer method (TCL).
