丹参注射液不良反应105例回顾分析与规范用药

目的：回顾分析丹参注射液不良反应的特点,规范合理应用中药注射液。方法：回顾分析我院应用丹参注射液出现不良反应的临床病例,提取分析患者不良反应病例的性别、年龄、原发疾病、过敏史、不良反应出现时间及类型、不良反应原因的病例信息,总结归纳丹参注射液不良反应的特征。结果：患者个体差异、药品合理使用、药品品质因素是引起不良反应的重要因素;丹参注射液主要不良反应为皮肤及其附件损害,一般出现在用药中前30min。结论：临床医师应警惕丹参注射液不良反应,规范药品应用,降低及避免不必要的药品反应。

The Retrospective Analysis of 105 ADR Cases Using Danshen Injection and the Experience of Standardized Drug

Objective： To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions of Danshen injection,and to have a standard rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Method：Make a Retrospective analysis of Danshen injection adverse reactions clinical cases in our hospital,extract the content of gender,age,primary disease,allergies,,time and type of adverse reaction,the cause of the adverse reaction,summarized the characteristics of Danshen injection adverse reactions.Result： Individual differences in patients,the rational use of drugs,drug quality factor are important factor in causing adverse reactions;main side effect of Danshen injection were skin and its appendages damage,usually appear in 30 minutes when driping.Conclusion：Clinicians should be alert to adverse reactions of Danshen injection,standard pharmaceutical applications,to reduce and avoid unnecessary drug reactions.
