脑梗塞患者血小板变化临床研究探索

目的：研究脑血栓患者血小板参数的变化情况。方法：以我院2009年4月至2012年5月收治的420例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,对其血小板参数变化情况进行比较研究。结果：脑梗塞患者MPV、PDW、PLT、P-LCR等四项关键指标与健康对照组存在显著差异（P〈0.01）,且随着梗塞面积的增加,差异性更加明显。结论：患者MPV、PDW、PLT、P-LCR等指标,可以作为判断梗塞病情及病程的重要参考依据,对于指导临床治疗具有积极意义。

Research on the Changes of Platelet in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To study the relationship between the changes of platelet and acute cerebral infarction.Method： 420 cases of acute cerebral infarction were admitted to hospital from Arp.2009 to May 2012 for the study,Comparative study of the changes in platelet parameters were made.Result： The patients with cerebral infarction MPV,PDW,the PLT,P-LCR four key with healthy control group exists significant difference（P 0.01）,with the increase of infarct size,the difference is more obvious.Conclusion： The patients with the MPV,PDW,the PLT,P-LCR and other indicators can be used as important reference to determine the infarct disease and durationf.There＇s positive significance for guiding the clinical treatment of.
