经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果评价

摘    要:目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉介入法治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床效果。方法:将56例符合条件的AMI患者随机分为两组,对照组24例,给予常规溶栓治疗;治疗组32例,给予经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。观察两组治疗后动脉再通率、住院病死率、不良心脏事件发生率。结果:治疗组与对照组相关动脉再通率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组与对照组住院病死率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗组与对照组不良心脏事件发生率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死安全有效,能够有效增加血管再通,提高患者生存率。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method: A total of 56 cases eligible patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 24 cases acceped conventional thrombolytic therapy,treatment group of 32 patients accepted percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.And then observed arterial recanalization rate,hospital mortality,the incidence of adverse cardiac events.Result: The difference of related artery recanalization rate between treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The difference of hospital mortality rate between treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The difference of adverse cardiac event rate between treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction is safe and effective,can effectively increase recanalization,improve the survival rate of patients.
