64排螺旋CT对原发性高血压患者冠脉病变及左心功能的临床研究

目的：探讨64排螺旋CT在评价原发性高血压患者冠脉病变及左心功能中的应用价值。方法：选择原发性高血压患者120例，包括高血压3级、高血压2级、高血压1级患者各40例。选择健康志愿者40例为对照组。所有患者均行CT冠脉成像分析冠状动脉病变情况72_心功能情况。结果：与对照组比较，高血压患者冠状动脉病变的发病率显著升高（P〈0．05）。高血压3级患者双支及三支病变的比例显著高于其它各组（P〈0．05）。随高血压程度加重，LVMM逐渐升高，各组间两两比较均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。随高血压程度加重，LVEF逐渐降低，LVEDV72_LVESV逐渐升高，高血压3级、高血压2组及高血压1级患者间两两比较均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。高血压3级患者LVsV、CO及CI显著低于其它各组，其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：64排螺旋CT可以清晰的显示原发性高血压患者冠脉病变及左心功能改变。

Clinical Study of 64-slice Spiral CT in Coronary Artery Disease and Left Heart Function of Essential Hypertension Patients

Objective： To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the evaluation of coronary artery disease and left heart function of essential hypertension patients. Method ： 120 cases of patients with essential hypertension, including stage 3,2 and 1. Healthy volunteers 40 cases for the control group. All patients un- derwent CT angiography to evaluate coronary artery disease and heart function. Result： Compared with the control group, the incidence of hypertension, coronary artery significantly increased （P〈0.05）. The proportion of double and triple vessel disease in stage 3 hypertension patients was significantly higher than other groups （P 〈0.05）. With the degree of hypertension increased, LVMM gradually increased in each group, pairwise comparisons were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. LVEF decreased with the degree of hyperten-sion the LVEDV and LVESV increase gradually , stage 3,2,1 hypertension between the pairwise comparisons were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Hypertensive patients LVSV 3, CO and CI were significantly lower than other groups, the statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： 64-slice spiral CT can clearly show the change of the coronary lesions of patients with essential hypertension and left ventricular function.
